Shipping and return
Any e-rise product must be purchased by persons over the age of 18 any one under the age of 18 is not permitted in the UK. You must be eighteen (18) years of age, and possess a valid credit card to purchase any e-rise products, e-rise will not sell products to minors and reserve the right to cancel any sales transaction based on our sole discretion where we reasonably believe the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.
All orders placed before 2pm on a weekday (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Order placed after 2pm on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday.)
All of our deliveries are carried by Royal Mail.
There are 2 services available for UK customers:
Royal Mail Tracked – 1 to 2 day service
Royal Mail Tracked – 2 to 3 day service
We will send you an email when your order is dispatched so you can check on the progress of you order. If you do not receive your order in 7 working days please email: email@example.com quoting your order number, which will be in your confirmation email along with your full name and address.
To be eligible for a refund you MUST report your request to our Customer Service Team within the seven working day period. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the e-mail or posted the letter to us. If you call us to notify us of your cancellation, then your cancellation is effective from the date you contact us.
